Chantilly Air Announces Expansion with New FBO at Manassas Regional Airport
MANASSAS, VA, September 6, 2018 – Chantilly Air, Washington D.C.’s most established aircraft operator, today announced plans to expand their business services at the Manassas Regional Airport with the construction of a new Fixed Base Operation (FBO).
Building upon 28 years of aviation services that include aircraft maintenance, charter, management, storage and ground support, Chantilly Air will construct a state-of-the-art facility to support business and general aviation activity at Manassas Airport. The complex will consist of over 60,000 square feet of hangar space approximately 24,000 square feet of office space situated on more than nine acres of land.
Chantilly Air’s proposed facility will include a passenger lounge, executive conference room space, a crew planning area, fitness center, as well as, additional amenities for transient and local aviators. The FBO will contain office and hangar space available for
aircraft owners and operators, in addition to, Chantilly Air’s FAA Diamond Awarded Part 145 Repair Station. “We look forward to providing business and general aviation with modern, clean and functional space paired with the personalized customer service they expect when operating in the Washington D.C. area. Construction of Chantilly Air’s expanded facility is set to begin immediately with an anticipated completion date in late 2019.
