Chantilly Air’s FAA Part 145 certification allows us to perform a wide range of approved aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair services in-house, without relying on third-party repair stations.
This certification authorizes Chantilly Air to:

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on approved aircraft types

Perform inspections required by FAA regulations and manufacturer programs

Complete repairs and component replacements in accordance with approved data

Execute testing and return-to-service sign-offs by FAA-certified technicians

Maintain and document all work under FAA-approved quality control and record-keeping systems
Because this work is performed on site at our repair station, owners and operators benefit from faster turn times, tighter quality control, reduced downtime, and direct communication with the technicians overseeing their aircraft.
